The hotel is conveniently located near the HAPO Event Center, restaurants, and stores like Walmart. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although they lacked glassware and dishes. The service was friendly and attentive, with a slight issue of misinformation during check-in. The location worked well for us, being close to the TRAC Center and various dining options. The dining experience, although deceiving through Bookings, was not worth it. Overall, the hotel provides value for money with its great location and friendly staff.
My stay at the hotel was excellent overall. The room had fantastic amenities like a huge fridge/freezer, stove top, microwave, toaster, great bathroom, and a good-sized TV. However, I was a bit surprised that the kitchen didn't have utensils provided, and they were only available for purchase near the reservation desk.
